Mortgage Reform and Anti-Predatory Lending Act HR 1728
Investors,
A federal bill has just passed the House and is now before the Senate that would severely restrict the purchase and sale of property as we now know it. It is HR1728.
We are working on decoding it, but what we see so far is Seller financing. Restrictions include a limit of once every three years, participants may have to be licensed, etc. Lease options will be next to impossible also.

Please write your senator immediately. Ask them what is in this bill - do they even know? Let them know they have constituents that care...and vote!
