Congratulations!  After days of reviewing potential note investments, the seller accepted your bid?!  Think you are ready to purchase your first one?

Join us to evaluate the 14 step process to successfully purchase either a performing or non-performing promissory note backed by real estate.

When:    We will start at 11:30am with networking and lunch.  Program starts at 12 noon.  

This meeting is open to all TREIA members and non-members, but seating is limited to 50.

Pricing:  Registration fee includes the Prestonwood lunch buffet.

             Early Bird Registration by Wednesday prior to the meeting at noon:

             Member - $15.00; Non-member - $30.00

             Registration after noon Wednesday before the meeting (if space available):

             Member - $25.00; Non-member - $40.00
