New to Note Investing?  Plan to start a business buying and selling notes? Then our September session is critical to your success!

Kevin Bassett, CPA, of Bassett and Associates, PA, in Raleigh NC will explain how to efficiently structure your note business, reveal the three ways that note investors can be taxed, and analyze the pros and cons of the IRS sec 475 election (to be a trader or not to be a trader).

No question will go unanswered: If we cannot answer your question, we will tap our network to find someone who can!

When:    We will start at 11:30am with networking and lunch.  Program starts at 12 noon.  

This meeting is open to all TREIA members and non-members, but seating is limited to 50.
