Kevin will discuss the latest tax developments affecting real estate investors.  He will discuss tax planning while purchasing and holding or selling real estate, how to maximize your deductions by treating real estate as a business, and Pre-taxing your lifestyle.  He will also have time for questions and answers.

 

Kevin is a real estate investor and owner of Bassett &  Associates, PA, a full service CPA firm that focuses on real estate, construction and other service industries.  The Firm’s clients include closely held businesses, individual real estate investors and entities with large commercial real estate portfolios.  The mission of Bassett & Associates, PA is to help entrepreneurs and investors maximize cash flow and build wealth through innovative financial and tax planning strategies.
