What: a Hands-On Experience designed for Raleigh Real Estate Investors
This is a curated house tour designed for new real estate investors or those looking to take their business up a level. You will visit several properties in a three-hour period with a group of nine other investors. The houses are in various stages of renovation from just purchased to ready to list. You will have the opportunity to see the house in-person but also to talk with the actual investor. Your guide for the day will lead an interactive discussion with the rehabber at each property:
- How did they find the flip?
- How did they fund it?
- Why did the choose it? (ie: COMPS)
- Planned renovations & repairs – are they on target?
- How did they choose finshes?
- What is their exit strategy?
What You Need to Know:
- We will meet at an outside location for a group check-in at 9:45 AM. The tour starts at 10 AM.
- You will be assigned to a group and receive an agenda with timelines and a tour map .
- There will be multiple groups on the tour but each group will start at a different location.
- This is a COVID-aware event. Masks must be worn and you will only interact with your pod.
- You will use your own transportation to get to each of the properties (although carpooling is encouraged!) . The tour stays within a 10 mile radius.
- Lunch (and snacks) will be provided along the way.
- Most important - you will have fun, meet other investors, learn a lot and leave inspired!
- Cost is $49 for TREIA Members and $79 for non-members
