Hosted by Michael Hock, we'll collaborate & brainstorm with experienced Hosts in the Triangle! At each meeting we will discuss several topics designed to help you build a flourishing short term rental business.
Michael Hock and his wife, MeiLani, started investing in Real Estate in 2014 (Flipping, Wholesaling, and Long Term Rentals) and opened their first Short-Term Rental in 2018. In addition to Short Term Rentals, Michael loves investing through options and Real Estate Notes. Michael and MeiLani founded Why NOT Me? Academy to help people to coach others on how to Start and Scale their BNB Business using Other People’s Properties. Michael has a BS from the University of Utah and and MBA-Finance from Gonzaga University. Michael and MeiLani are the parents of five kids.
