How to Become a Hard/Private Money Lender

In this new course hosted by John Ford, Certified Private Lender Associate, learn how to make money like the banks while avoiding all the hassle and mistakes made by most lenders! We’ll walk you through the entire borrower application process, show you examples from precious loans, and give you handouts to help you get started. This is a 3 night only course, March 1st, April 5th, and May 3rd. This course begins on March 1st at Hickory Tavern at Parkside in Cary, NC from 6:00PM to 8:30PM. 6:00PM to 6:30PM is spent networking and eating dinner and 6:30PM to 8:30PM is spent going over that month’s topic/discussion. The price for this 3 night only course is $297 + $100 for a spouse or a partner.
