How to Manage Your First New Build

Are you interested in learning the ins and outs of a new build? In this 5-month long course taught by John Ford and Jeff Hughes, you will learn important skills needed to manage your own new build like project management, budgeting, necessary insurances, and many more! You will be provided with a binder and handouts corresponding with each class’s topic. 1 1/2 hours of on-site time at a new-build development in Durham, NC. This course is held the second Wednesday night of each month at Hickory Tavern at Parkside in Cary, NC from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM is spent networking and eating dinner and 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM is spent going over that month's topic/discussion. The price for our 5-month class and 2 on-site visits a month is $495 for TREIA Members and $595 for non-TREIA Members.
