How to Manage Your First New Build (Group 4)

Are you interested in learning the ins and outs of a new build? In this 9-month long course taught by John Ford and Jeff Hughes, you will learn important skills needed to manage your own new build like project management, budgeting, necessary insurances, and many more! How to Manage Your First New Build course is based off of 3 new builds that John Ford and his team are currently in the beginning steps. 1 in Raleigh, NC and 2 in Wendell, NC. You will be provided with a binder and handouts corresponding with each class' topic. 1 hour of on-site time at one of the new builds is to be determined. This course is held the first Wednesday night and the second Wednesday night of each month at Hickory Tavern at Parkside in Cary, NC from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM is spent networking and eating dinner and 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM is spent going over that month's topic/discussion. The price four our 9-month class is $495.
