The 100 Club with Andrew Suriano

Andrew Suriano is the Founder of ASA Properties, a commercial real estate firm based out of Raleigh NC and is the Managing Partner of Deacon Development. He specializes in acquiring, entitling, consulting, investing, and brokering raw land for residential and commercial development. Before starting both companies, Andrew worked for Beazer Homes and Pulte Homes as a Land Acquisition Manager running their off-market land acquisitions for a multitude of residential housing developments. In the past 7 years, Andrew has been involved in the acquisition of over $300 million worth of commercial land transactions and has produced over 20,000 residential lots in the Triangle area. Andrew graduated from North Carolina State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Outside of business, Andrew serves on the North Raleigh Younglife Committee, a Christian ministry that reaches out to middle school, high school and college students as well as serves as a Coaching Assistant for Purpose Driven Baseball, an organization that equips and trains young men not only for the sport of baseball but more importantly for life With Purpose. Andrew currently resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife and 10-month-old daughter.
