Jason Kogok is the founder of Investor’s Wealth Education, LLC and co-owner of a prominent Raleigh real estate team. Jason has over two decades of experience and has grown his team to the top ranks in North Carolina. He manages his own successful real estate and rental portfolios, adding in 'fix and flip'  and STR properties along the way.

Jason also has a passion for teaching, where he shares his extensive real estate investing knowledge with his students. He teaches and coaches brokers and novice & intermediate investors, and works alongside large, individual investors to scale their portfolios. His speciality is motivating and assisting newer investors get started in building their wealth and helping more established investors refocus and improve their current portfolio's while adding growth at the same time. He is proud to be well known for sharing realistic and reasonable investing tips that anyone can truly do - you won't hear Jason pushing the average investor to go buy a shopping center, storage building or 200 unit apartment. When he's not selling real estate, teaching or investing himself, he's spending his time with his wife and two kids under the age of 4!
