When: The First Wednesday night of each month for 5 months (includes 2 on-site visits a month)  

Beginning November 2nd, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:30PM at  Hickory Tavern at Parkside in Cary, NC.

This course is ideal for:  

• Realtors who represent clients that buy new construction homes Investors who want to build a spec. home to sell
• Anyone who wants to build their own home 
• Those who want to take the General Contractors test  

Learn skills like: 

• Blueprint reading 
• Creating a budget 
• Saving money, time & materials 
• Finding Subcontractors Inspections, Permits, etc. 
• All the phases of the construction process

The cost is $495 for TREIA Members and $595 for non-TREIA members. 

This includes real, on-site time at new-builds in Durham.
