This new subgroup, hosted by Natalia Meyer & Marcelo Rosero, is designed to help Hispanic investors, whether they are beginners or advanced. TREIA has a wealth of tools available that we can use. Socio capitalista de Artifex Properties,LLC compañía reconocida localmente por su crecimiento rápido en Bienes Raíces. Topic: Golden Rules for investing in Real Estate with Juan Huerta.

Our guest is Juan Huerta, a mechanical engineer by profession and a senior executive in American companies. After several years in the corporate world, he decided to start a new career as a real estate investor. He became a general contractor and started out doing flips for himself and other investors. Using his experience, he is the co-founder of BLOCKCHAIN, a system designed to decrease the risk to lenders, investors, general contractors, and subcontractors by “blocking” the budget and project schedule. He is also an equity partner of Artifex Properties, LLC, a company recognized locally for its rapid growth in real estate. And he is the CEO and Founder of Statheros, a capital resource management platform.

In tonight's meeting, Juan will share from his experience the golden rules that led him to decrease the risks when investing in real estate and increase his liabilities and his financial freedom. This meeting applies to all levels of investors, from the one who is thinking of how to invest or the investor with years of experience.

Juan will also talk about the importance of networking and how it can help you generate great business opportunities. He will share his own experiences and tips on how to build a strong network of contacts.
