On-Site Active Rehab Visits in Alamance County

You will visit three rehab projects in various stages: from getting started to finishing up to sell or rent. See renovations up close AND ask questions about the renovation process, like: How was the deal found and financed? How was the exit strategy determined? How were design choices made? What is the budget? How is the project managed? What were the challenges?

Please provide your own transportation to each of the three locations. Car-pooling is encouraged.

9:30 - 11:30 - Meet at the first site. Address provided at registration.

11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch with Q&A at a restaurant near the sites.

12:30 - 2:00 - Visit second site

2:30 - 4:00 - Visit third Site
