Are you interested in on-site new construction training? We host 2 site visits per month. This is part of a series of on-site new construction training for beginners. Each on-site visit takes place at 751 South Subdivision, 1400 Excelsior Grand Ave., Durham, NC 27713. Meet John on the corner of Excelsior Grand Ave. and Starkville.

John Ford is a moneylender with over 220 loans, a rehabber of over 50 homes, a new home builder of over 50 homes, a NC Licensed General Contractor, and a landlord.
Jeff Hughes has been in construction since the age of 19. He passed the NC General Contractors test in 1985 and become a licensed general contractor. He has been involved in numerous new builds and hundreds of rehab projects.
