You will visit 3 rehab projects in various stages from just getting started to about to be placed on the market or rented.

This is a great opportunity to see a renovation up close AND ask questions about the renovation process.

• How was the deal found and financed?

• How was the exit strategy determined (Wholesale, Resale or Rental)

• How were the design choices made?

• What is the budget?

• How is the project managed?

• What challenges have been encountered?

You will provide your own transportation to each of the 3 locations (car-pooling is encouraged).

10:00 -  Meet up at the first rehab site, the address will be provided upon registration.

10:00—11:30 Visit to at least 3 sites

11:30 – 12:30 Lunch with Q&A at a restaurant central to the sites being visited.
