In 2004, began to learn about the note ( paper ) side of the business and aggressively began to purchase non- performing paper after the down turn in the 2008 real estate cycle.
Has completed well over 150 transactions to include, the traditional real estate purchase and sale, purchasing paper, Subject To’s, Wraps, Seller financing, lease options and all other types of creative financing. Strongly believes that the real estate investor today needs to know creative financing, where and when to use it and the correct way to structure deals today in this market.
