Taryn Dixon began investing in real estate in 2021 with her first short term rental purchase in Fayetteville. From there, she scaled to 8 properties in under a year using the rental arbitrage method in Raleigh. Fast forward to today, Taryn is now offering co-hosting services within and outside of North Carolina to assist investors who want to enjoy the returns of a short term rental without having to run it themselves.

Annchen Knodt is a buy-and-hold single family investor with a small portfolio of long-term rentals in Alamance county and other areas.  She launched her first short-term rental in the western NC mountains near Brevard and is working hard at scaling her short-term rental portfolio.  She is also the leader of the InvestHer Raleigh group.
