At this month’s short-term rental subgroup meeting, we will discuss ways to optimize your listing on AirBNB/VRBO/etc in order to attract the right guests and maximize your revenue! Taryn Dixon began investing in real estate in 2021 with her first short term rental purchase in Fayetteville. From there, she scaled to 8 properties in under a year using the rental arbitrage method in Raleigh. Fast forward to today, Taryn is now offering co-hosting services within and outside of North Carolina to assist investors who want to enjoy the returns of a short term rental without having to run it themselves.
Annchen Knodt is a buy-and-hold single family investor with a small portfolio of long-term rentals in Alamance county and other areas. She launched her first short-term rental in the western NC mountains near Brevard and is working hard at scaling her short-term rental portfolio. She is also the leader of the InvestHer Raleigh group.
